DZMD-AM 1161 launched on June 24, 1970 is a PBN Broadcasting Network Inc. is a Daet-based station in Camarines Norte and is owned and operated by PBN Broadcasting Network. The Class A station was initially broadcasting using 1220 kHz before its shift to 1161 kHz. News and Public Affairs station was shut down following the 1972 Martial Law but returned to airs after a couple of days. The Sibling DZMS also quickly resumed the broadcasts in the same week.
