ListenRadios.com is a free online radio directory and player, run since 2011 and owned and operated by WebScare (Pvt.) Limited (“we”, “us”), Suite 12–13, 2nd Floor, Al Rehman Trade Centre, University Road, Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan.
ListenRadios.com lists radio streams that stations make publicly available on the internet and links to them; the audio is streamed from the stations’ own servers. We respect the rights of broadcasters and rights holders and act quickly on valid requests.
If you run a station
You can ask us to:
- update your stream address, logo, frequency, city, schedule or description;
- correct wrong information, including presenters and show names;
- mark your station as closed, or remove its page and stream entirely.
Send the request through the contact page from an email address on your station’s official domain (or explain how we can verify that you represent the station), with the link to the station’s page on ListenRadios.com.
Copyright notices
If you believe material on ListenRadios.com infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page containing:
- your name and contact details, and the rights holder you act for;
- the work you believe is infringed;
- the exact page address(es) on ListenRadios.com;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices within 5 business days and, where appropriate, remove or disable the material and tell you what we did.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material and its former address, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake. We may restore it unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Misuse
Notices must be accurate. Knowingly false claims may make the sender liable for damages.
